For as long as I can remember identifying my purpose has always been essential to how I move, to clarifying what drives me and how I can contribute to the world around me. After letting go of who I thought I was meant to be, I came to realize the willingness to evolve is what enriches my journey — not just in circumstances but in perspective, approach, and identity. I discovered leaving room for change is to acknowledge that rigidity stifles progress, and that adaptation inspires growth.
I think about moments when my plans defined my sense of direction, the path ahead seemed carved in stone, and certainty felt like safety. But the unexpected detours taught me life rarely goes according to plans. The most strategic decisions, the deepest relationships, the most transformative experiences all require fluidity. The ability to recalibrate, to embrace new information, to let go of outdated notions in favor of something wiser.
Change isn’t a force to resist but a tool to refine. It shapes understanding, strengthens resilience, and pushes me toward a more honest version of myself. When I leave room for change, I allow space for growth, for healing, and unexpected opportunities that might have otherwise been dismissed.
